This superb apartment of 85m² renovated, sea view, close to all amenities is composed of 3 rooms. Very bright and tastefully decorated, it can accommodate up to 6 people. The living room / dining room with flat screen offers you a panoramic view on the sea. It is located in a closed residence, on the 2nd floor with elevator and offers all the comfort for an exceptional stay in Cannes. Enjoying a privileged location, it is ideal for conventioneers as well as for vacationers and offers a proximity to the must-sees of Cannes: Palais des festivals : 15 min walk Beaches : 2 min walk Restaurants / bar : 1 min walk Supermarket : 9 min walk Parking : Public paying parking lot at less than 6 minutes by foot The apartment will be prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It also has air conditioning in all rooms and an internet connection. It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit. It is also 3 mins drive/15 mins walk from Palais des Festivals & old town I highly highly recommend it. There are limited free parking spaces behind the building, but it is on a 1st come 1st serve basis hence you need to come home early to get a spot otherwise there is plenty of street parking.
