The Banane district places you at the heart of Cannes’ energy. Cafés, restaurants and boutiques line the streets while the Croisette beaches remain only a short walk away. Located just two minutes from the Palais des Festivals, this studio offers one of the most central positions in the city. The main room includes a king-size bed and air conditioning, creating a simple and comfortable space after a day exploring Cannes. A small kitchenette allows you to prepare light meals, while the bathroom includes a shower and toilet. Located on the fifth floor with elevator access, the apartment provides a convenient base for congress stays or short visits to the Riviera. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening. Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees. Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee. Before leaving, we ask you to: \- Empty the refrigerator \- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher \- Take out the trash Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit. Only critique would be the lack of an iron and board for those travelling for business. Shower had a bad leak on 1st day that affected neighbours but after a bit of back and forth it was all sorted same day.
