At the edge of the Suquet hill, the streets of Cannes lead naturally toward the Mediterranean. This apartment is located in a small building within walking distance of the beaches, restaurants and the Croisette. The living room opens onto a south-west facing terrace, creating a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy the Riviera climate. The open kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living space. The bedroom includes a double bed and an additional single bed, making the apartment suitable for families or small groups. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the layout. Located on the first floor without elevator access, the apartment provides a comfortable base for exploring Cannes on foot. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
