Life around the Marché Forville follows the rhythm of Cannes itself. Early mornings begin with the colors and aromas of the market stalls, where locals and chefs gather to select fresh produce from the region. Just beyond the square, the Old Port opens onto the Mediterranean while the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals remain within easy walking distance. Located in a recent residence, this 68m² apartment combines modern comfort with a central location. The living room offers a bright space with lounge and dining area, opening onto an 8m² terrace facing west, a pleasant spot to enjoy the end of the day as the sun sets over the city. The open kitchen is fully equipped and designed for everyday cooking during your stay. Two bedrooms complete the apartment: one with a double bed and large closet, and another with two single beds. A bathroom and a separate toilet add practical convenience. With air conditioning throughout the apartment and elevator access to the second floor, the property comfortably accommodates up to four guests.
