At the foot of the Suquet hill, the Forville Market is one of the most vibrant places in Cannes. Each morning, its colorful stalls offer local produce while cafés fill with locals and visitors alike. This 22m² studio is located right in the heart of this lively neighborhood. The living space includes a double bed and a sofa bed, allowing the studio to accommodate up to three guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living area, while the bathroom includes a shower and a separate toilet. Located on the second floor without elevator access, the studio offers a central base from which to explore Cannes entirely on foot. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening. Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees. Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
