In the California district of Cannes, the atmosphere becomes quieter while still remaining close to the lively center and the Croisette beaches. Located on the sixth floor of a secure residence, this studio benefits from open views across the city. During the day, the landscape of Cannes stretches out below, while in the evening the city lights create a different atmosphere over the bay. The living area includes a wardrobe bed that allows the space to transform easily between day and night. The open kitchen integrates into the living room, creating a functional and comfortable layout. A bathroom with shower completes the apartment. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening. Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees. Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee. Le studio était sale, les équipements de la cuisine étaient tous sales et pas propres du tout. Comme le logement est bien ensoleillé, il devient très chaud.
