Located near the city center and the beaches, this studio on the 6th floor, consists of a kitchen open to a bright living room with a wardrobe bed, and a bathroom. This little corner of paradise of 29m2 can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. During the day you will enjoy the beautiful views of Cannes, and in the evening the lights of the city will offer you a great show. The apartment is ideally located in the district of California, close to everything, perfect to enjoy: \- Palais des festivals : 7 min by car and 14 min by foot \- Beaches : 6 min by car and 11 min by foot \- Supermarket : 2 min by car and 5 min by foot \- Restaurants / bars : 2 to 5 min by foot \- Public parking: 3 min by car and 4 min by foot from the ZAC Maria parking lot The accommodation in more detail: \- Living room : a wardrobe bed (140) \- Open kitchen : fridge - freezer - oven - microwave \- Bathroom : shower - WC \- Equipment : hair dryer - iron - clothes line - fan \- Miscellaneous : quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton) - small cleaning equipment \- 6th floor, with elevator Additional services : airport transfer / housekeeping / baby bed / concierge / possibility to leave your luggage at the agency / etc... The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules. Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes. We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best. We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability : \- Early check-ins \- Airport transfers \- Welcoming in person on site The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day. It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit. If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture. \- If you bring an animal into the flat, we will charge you 150€ \- If you smoke inside the flat, we will charge you 100€ \- If you party or make to much noise, we will charge you 200€ ## Property amenities ### Kitchen - Le studio était sale, les équipements de la cuisine étaient tous sales et pas propres du tout. Comme le logement est bien ensoleillé, il devient très chaud. Heureusement, un climatiseur mobile est fourni, même si je ne l'ai pas trouvé très puissant. J'espère que plus d'effort sera fait pour mieux entretenir ce logement. ##### Ayoub B.
