With the Palais des Festivals and the beaches only a short walk away, it offers a perfect base to experience the city at its natural rhythm. The Forville district is one of the most authentic corners of Cannes. Each morning, the market fills the square with the colors and aromas of local produce, while nearby cafés and restaurants keep the area lively throughout the day. Just beyond the market, the Old Port opens toward the Mediterranean, while the Croisette beaches and the Palais des Festivals remain only minutes away. Set on the first floor of a building in this central neighborhood, the apartment offers a comfortable 40m² layout. The living room is bright and welcoming, with a sofa bed, television and air conditioning. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects naturally with the living space. The bedroom features a king-size bed and dressing area, while the bathroom includes a shower and WC. With its central location opposite the market and close to the sea, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening. Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees. Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
