This 47 m² apartment is located in a residence close to the beaches and benefits from a large terrace with sea view. It is ideally located, just after the old port, in the district of the beaches of the south, a very pleasant tourist sector of Cannes, close to everything, perfect to enjoy: \- Palais des festivals / Croisettes : 9 min by car \- Beaches : 9 min by foot \- Supermarket : 3 min by car \- Restaurants / bars : 5 min by car The apartment will be prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It also has air conditioning in living room and an internet connection. Below are details of the apartment's facilities: \- Living room: equipped with a TV screen - comfortable sofa - air conditioning \- American kitchen fully equipped : fridge - kettle - toaster - dishwasher - microwave - Nespresso \- Bedroom : 1 double bed (180X200) \- Bathroom 1 : bath and WC \- Equipment : free high speed wifi - washing machine - iron and ironing board - hair dryer \- Additional information : 1st floor in ground floor Services offered in addition : \- early arrival, before 4 pm, according to availability \- late departure, departure after 11:00 am, according to availability \- airport transfer / baby bed / concierge / possibility to leave your luggage at the agency / etc... Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes. We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best. We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability : \- Early check-ins \- Airport transfers \- Welcoming in person on site The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day. It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit. If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture.
