Above the Old Port, the Suquet district reveals the historic face of Cannes. Its narrow streets climb toward viewpoints overlooking the bay while restaurants and cafés animate the neighborhood below. Within this setting, this spacious duplex apartment offers 100m² of living space spread over two levels. The living room is bright and open, with large panoramic windows framing views over the Mediterranean, a perfect setting to enjoy sunset over the bay. The kitchen is fully equipped and connected to the dining space. Two suites offer comfortable sleeping areas, each with its own shower room, while an additional single bed allows the apartment to accommodate up to five guests. Air conditioning throughout the apartment ensures comfort during every season. An individual closed garage is also available for added convenience. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening. Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees. Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
