Near the Old Port, Cannes reveals a different rhythm. Fishing boats return in the morning, seaside restaurants line the waterfront, and the beaches stretch along the Mediterranean just a few minutes away. Located on a quiet street close to the harbor, this renovated apartment offers a comfortable retreat in the heart of the city. The living room provides a bright and welcoming space with a sofa bed, allowing the apartment to host up to four guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and connected to the living area, making everyday living easy. The bedroom features one queen bed. A bathroom completes the layout, while air conditioning ensures comfort throughout the apartment. Situated on the first floor with elevator access, the apartment places you only a short walk from the Palais des Festivals and the beaches.
