In the heart of Cannes, a few streets from the Palais des Festivals, the city reveals its lively rhythm between the Croisette, restaurants and seaside walks. Located in a secure residence, this renovated attic apartment offers a bright and comfortable living space ideal for both congress visitors and holidaymakers. The living room forms the center of the apartment, combining a lounge area with a sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen. Two bedrooms complete the layout, each furnished with a double bed. A bathroom with shower and toilet serves the apartment. Situated on the fourth floor with elevator access, the apartment allows you to reach the Palais des Festivals, beaches, restaurants and shops within just a few minutes on foot. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening. Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees. Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee. Before leaving, we ask you to: \- Empty the refrigerator \- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher \- Take out the trash Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit. Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.
