Located in this historic district, this 45m² apartment offers a calm setting only minutes from the city’s main attractions. The living room is bright and comfortable, with air conditioning and a sofa bed that allows the apartment to host up to four guests. The open kitchen is equipped with essential appliances and connects naturally with the living space. The bedroom includes two single beds and air conditioning, creating a quiet sleeping area after a day exploring Cannes. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the apartment. Located on the third floor without elevator access, the apartment places you within walking distance of the Palais des Festivals, the Old Port and the beaches.
