Overlooking Cannes, the Croix des Gardes hills provide a peaceful residential setting while remaining close to the beaches and the Palais des Festivals. Within a tourist residence offering shared leisure facilities, this apartment provides a practical base for discovering Cannes. The living room opens onto a 7m² south-facing terrace and includes a sofa bed and air conditioning. The bedroom features a double bed, while the bathroom includes a bathtub and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the living space. Located on the second floor without elevator access, the apartment includes a private parking space in the residence’s underground garage. Guests also benefit from access to the residence’s infinity pool with sea view, tennis court and playground.
