    The Plages du Midi district stretches west of the old port, where Cannes reveals a quieter coastline lined with beaches and views across the bay. It’s a place where mornings begin with the sea and evenings follow the light over the Mediterranean.

    Set within a secure residence, this spacious 70 m² apartment welcomes up to six guests and opens onto a large 20 m² terrace facing south. From here, the panoramic sea view becomes the natural backdrop for long outdoor meals or relaxed sunsets.

    Inside, the living and dining area features a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed, with direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.

    Two bedrooms complete the layout: one with a double bed and terrace access overlooking the sea, and a second bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom offers both a shower and bathtub, along with a separate toilet.

    The beaches are just five minutes on foot, while the Palais des Festivals can be reached in around ten minutes by bus.

    Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

    Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

    Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

    If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

    Before leaving, we ask you to:
    - Empty the refrigerator
    - Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
    - Take out the trash

    Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

    Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

    For the comfort of all:
    Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge
    Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
    Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
