Bright apartment with a very nice terrace with sea view and a parking space. It benefits from an excellent location in Cannes.  
  
This superb 60m2 apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.   
It is ideally located, close to the Avenue de Grasse, perfect to enjoy:  
\- Palais des festivals / Croisettes : 15 on foot   
\- Beaches : 12 min by foot and 6 min by car  
\- Supermarket : 3 min walk   
\- Restaurants / bars : 5 min to 10 min walk   
  
This area is located a few meters from the city center and the most attractive places in Cannes.  
  
The apartment will be prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It also has an internet connection.   
Below are the details of the apartment's facilities:

If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee.  
  
We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.  
  
If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture.  
  
\- If you bring an animal into the flat, we will charge you 150€  
\- If you smoke inside the flat, we will charge you 100€  
\- If you party or make to much noise, we will charge you 200€
