A short walk brings you to the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette, while the surrounding neighborhood offers shops and restaurants within easy reach. Just above the city center, the area around Avenue de Grasse offers a quieter atmosphere while remaining close to the energy of Cannes. From here, the beaches, the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals can all be reached on foot, making the location convenient for both leisure stays and congress visits. Located on the fifth floor of a residence with elevator, the apartment enjoys natural light and open views across the sea. Inside, the living room includes a sofa, television and access to the terrace where the sea becomes the backdrop of daily life. The kitchen provides essential equipment for preparing meals, while the separate bedroom offers a comfortable double bed. A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete the layout. With its terrace, sea views and convenient location, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests.
