From the terrace of this apartment, the Mediterranean Sea becomes part of the daily scenery, mornings begin with the light over the water, while evenings invite you to enjoy the sunset. Inside, the apartment is designed for comfort with a bright living room and air conditioning throughout the space. The independent kitchen is fully equipped and allows you to prepare meals with ease before enjoying them on the terrace or indoors. The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a large double bed, ideal after a day exploring Cannes, its beaches and the nearby Croisette. Located on the first floor, the apartment places you within easy reach of the city’s boutiques, restaurants and seaside promenades. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening. Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees. Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee. Before leaving, we ask you to: \- Empty the refrigerator \- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher \- Take out the trash Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.
