The Basse Californie neighborhood is appreciated for its residential atmosphere while remaining close to the Croisette and the lively center of Cannes. Located on the fourth floor of a residence with elevator, this 32 m² apartment offers a comfortable layout for a relaxing stay. The living room features a sofa, TV and air conditioning and opens onto the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine and oven. The bedroom includes a double bed and dressing area. The bathroom offers a shower, towel dryer and toilet. From here, the beaches are about five minutes away on foot, while the Palais des Festivals can be reached in around twenty minutes.
