The apartment is ideally located in the Plages du Midi district, perfect for enjoying Cannes: \- Palais des festivals: 20 minutes on foot \- Beaches: 5 minutes' walk \- Supermarket: 2 minutes' walk \- Restaurants / bars: 7 minutes on foot and 10 minutes by car \- Public parking: 4 minutes by car and 6 minutes on foot The apartment will be prepared for your arrival with quality linen and towels. This tastefully decorated apartment sleeps 4 comfortably. It also features air conditioning in all rooms, a parking and an internet connection. Below are details of the apartment's facilities: \- Living room: flat-screen TV + comfortable sofa bed (queen size, 160X200) \- Open-plan kitchen: fridge + kettle + toaster + Nespresso + oven + microwave + VMC \- Bedroom: 2 single beds (90X190) \- Bathroom: shower + WC \- Facilities: free high-speed wifi + air conditioning + washing machine + iron and ironing board + hairdryer \- Additional information: 7th floor, with elevator Additional services available: \- Early check-in, before 4:00 pm, subject to availability \- Late check-out, after 11:00 am, subject to availability \- Airport transfer / baby bed / concierge service / possibility of leaving your luggage at the agency / etc... The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules. Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes. We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best. We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability : \- Early check-ins \- Airport transfers \- Welcoming in person on site The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day. It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
