Hotel de la Mer was clean and the staff friendly and helpful but the bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom although clean was not well maintained. The pool area was not inviting and a bit overcrowded with furniture.

We had a fantastic stay! The owner is very friendly and ensures guests have a great stay. The free on-site parking is super convenient given the fact that it would be impossible to find a parking spot in the area if the hotel did not have its own parking lot. The pool area is really nice. It’s a friendly environment. We’ve made tons of friends. The hotel is super close to the beach. 5 min walk to le vieux rocher beach: the most beautiful and fun beach restaurant in the area. Juan les pins is a bit too crowded so we stayed at the vieux rocher beach the whole time.
The only minus is that there’s no elevator in the hotel. But it’s a two stories building with short steps.
We will definitely go back!

Oliver the owner was very friendly and was eager to please, room was very warm when I arrived and took all night to cool down once air conditioning was switched on, breakfast room was very warm in the morning, shower did not work very well kept going from hot to cold and was very weak flow, didn’t change my towels once during my 3 day stay and not a lot to do in the immediate area. However it was a three star hotel so can’t expect too much reasonable value for money at the hotel. But only Oliver attempted to speak English.

Typical Golfe Juan *** Hotel
For business rather than pleasure, so I can't really comment on the tourism aspects regarding the hotel's location and the neighbourhood. I booked one night stay at very short notice. The rates are average for the PACA coast, hovering a little under €100 per night. Did not have breakfast due to an early start the next day. I was greeted very warmly and promptly and was made to feel very welcome.

No noise insulation between walls or ceilings. You can here everything from all your neighbours and it is amplified. Breakfast typical French, not your full English. WiFi is good, staff nice.
A very comfortable and convenient hotel for Cannes
This is my fifth visit to this hotel (to attend MIPIM in Cannes) and would certainly recommend this hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable and service is good. The hotel is on the main road into Cannes and it is easy to get a bus in the morning and taxi back in the evening. I will be back again next year!

Used this as a base as I was scuba diving about 15 mins walk away. Rooms quiet so didn't hear road noise. Bed comfy and clean. Breakfast nice and pool nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had AC which worked fantastically given heat wave.
5 mins walk to beach, 10 mins to Golfe Juan marina and 15 mins to Golfe Juan town/station.
It doesn't do dinner but plenty of options near by from mcdonalds and supermarket to nice restaurants nearby.
Would use again.

Had a wonderful time , Anett and julia were really nice and helpful and friendly.. Though the wifi conectivity was very poor, had ro goto the reception to operate the wifi .. Rest all was good , had a wonderful stay.. They have some delicious breakfast as well for 10€
We stayed at the Hotel for an Easter Break Everyone one was extremely helpful from the accommodating Patron to the amazing bi-lingual Anett on reception who always had suggestions for Places to visit or Restaurants to eat at, her English was excellent.
We were given the opportunity to upgrade to their junior suite during our stay which we took and this accommodation certainly brought the Hotel up to 4 star status.

Not too bad for the money
All a bit old and tired, breakfast very basic, but rooms clean and tidy. Shower in bath was too short to clip on wall bracket, so had to use as handheld and soaked the bathroom daily. Wanted full payment on arrival, very unusual. Nice pool, but no bar or drinks available. Odd place, and staff, but not unpleasant. May even stay there again. It was cheap.

Comfortable and clean but ..... VERY disappointing
I was extremely disappointed with my room. The first line of the advertisement reads: "Rooms open to balconies". As this was one of my criteria, I booked the hotel. On arrival I was given a room with twin beds and no balcony. After much argument, the receptionist/owner who spoke very little english finally moved me to another room at an increase of 37 euros a night, for possibly 2 nights, she would confirm. On the 3rd morning, she phoned to say I had to move to a smaller room, no prior notice given at all. I managed to find a better and cheaper hotel opposite and moved out. I wasted half a day of my holiday trying to sort this out. Their advertisement also states that there is a restaurant on site. There is not. Needless to say, I was not happy and would certainly not return. False advertising.
Great stay. Staff very helpful and freindly. Easy to get int Cannes and good restaurants in walking distabnce at Juan les Pins. WiFi worked well and bhreakfast was good quality and lots of it. All for €100 a night
Even though we had already paid for the room, upon arrival we opted to leave the hotel right away and find another. Rooms were outdated, uncomfortable, not a good vibe at all. Stayed at All Seasons Antibes up on the hill instead.
skip this place entirely.

Average hotel a bit off side
Nothing wrong with this hotel. Not that cheap though.
A good 2 km walk to restaurants. If you only look for a place to sleep and to have a good breakfast it is ok.

Hôtel convenable mais à cette période nous n’ avons pas pu profiter des extérieurs piscine et repas proche de la piscine qui nous paraissent bien agréables.

Mensonges sur mensonges
Photo mensongères à sur les sites, à l’arrivée la chambre ne ressemblait pas du tout ni à la description ni aux photos. Pas de balcon malgré le fait qu’il était présent dans la description. Parking minuscule (6 places max) et le soir en rentrant faut se garer en deuxième file et deposer les clés à la réception (pour qu’il puisse changer de place si ca gene) et ne pas pouvoir les récupérer jusqu’à l’ouverture de ma réception le lendemain. Si vous déposez pas les clés on vous appelle le matin tot, tres tot pour bouger le véhicule. Piscine minuscule aussi, entourée par quelques transat qui sont occupés à partir de 7h du matin par des serviettes. La deco laisse désirer,super ancienne, cupe, et plein de meubles cassés, mur rempli de tache d’humidité.
Le réceptionniste enchaîne sans arrêt des blagues pas drôles du tout à toute question qu’on lui pose.
Cet hotel ne merite absolument pas 1000€ pour 6 nuit!!
Hôtel correct mais ne vaux pas 3 étoiles ! On sort d’un 2 étoiles qui était supérieur en service
Déjà on entend les personnes des chambres de à coter parler, mais surtout il n’y a personne à l’accueil à partir de 23 h.
Parking nettement trop petit les personnes se gare en double file donc on est bloquer et on peu pas sortir j’en parle à la personne de la réception en demandant comment faire si on veut sortir il ose me répondre Uber! Je trouve cela scandaleux !
Super limpio, todo en orden, la habitación estaba con el aire acondicionado puesto, fresco... El personal súper amable, no se, una súper buena experiencia

-hôtel loin de la gare, des restaurants du port d'où seules on ne peut revenir
-pas d'ascenseur
-salle de petits-déjeuners non chauffée
-aucune vue, mégots de cigarette sur coussins à l'extérieur et le dessous était mouillé
-personnel ne donne pas de bons conseils touristiques mais la chambre est faite même quand on se lève tard
-hôtel désuet; salle-de-bains petite pour 3 le frigo aussi et bruyant en plus.
-à déconseiller surtout sans voiture
Hotellet varvslidt og lå ikke optimalt, men det var billigt, rent ognder varvdetvder skulle være.

Nedslitt og enkelt hotell. Ikke skrivebord på rommet, selv om dette sto i beskrivelsen da vi bestilte. Da vi ankom viste det seg at resepsjonen var stengt mellom 12 og 15, så vi måtte vente en stund med å få sjekket inn. Kort vei til restauranter og kollektivtransport.
