Florella Maréchal Joffre is a residence composed of 7 apartments of different types, designed to offer each guest the comfort of feeling at home. Less than a 4-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals, the Old Port, and the Croisette, it is an ideal choice for those looking for the convenience of the city center.  
Just a few meters away, you’ll find the Suquet with its Forville Market, in the opposite side, the pedestrian Rue Meynadier with its shops and restaurants. Everything is close at hand. Whether you want to relax on the beach, enjoy the city through sightseeing and shopping, or are staying for business, this is the perfect place to fully experience Cannes.  
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.  
  
You can reach us by message or phone. A response will be provided as soon as possible.  
  
Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.  
Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.  
After 7:00 PM, check-ins are subject to approval, except during congress periods and the summer season.  
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.  
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on site. Please note that a physical check-in after 7:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during congress periods and the summer season.  
For self check-in, a key box is available.
