75m² duplex apartment on the 3rd and top floor of our residence, facing the city side, with sofa bed, open-plan fitted kitchen, three independent bedrooms with double or twin beds and their respective bathrooms.  
  
We provide a free Wi-Fi access, satellite TV and self-catering facilities are provided in this air conditionned apartment.  
  
Our residence is ideally located in the city center just a a few minutes walk from the Boulevard de la Croisette and the beaches.
