I was told that they would send the address and code to get in 10 days prior to my trip, but I had to email them myself a few days before to get it all. The stairs are very narrow and wind around, so be prepared if you have a lot of bags or very large bags. They changed the code to get into the apt. the day that we flew out, so I wasn't aware of this when I got there and struggled with trying to get into the apartment. Thankfully, they just switched 2 numbers around and my brother was playing around with the numbers and we were able to get in.

This was an extremely well appointed apartment for a 5 day visit. Kitchen, fridge and the bed was spectacular.

DON'T STAY HERE
The apartment and I use the term loosly more like a bed sit the air con didn't work complained the first day was told someone would be up to sort it no one came,rang second day house person came up switched it onto fan mode and left sent me an email to say it was fixed arrived back for the second day 29 degs in the room no air con, the wardrobe door fell off the runner every time you opened it the fridge pack up the first day but got it going again,the light in the Barth room didn't work repaired by me we did not sleep much with the noise and heat help in sorting things was non exsistance in my view not worth the money and wouldn't recommend the place

Good value for money
Very good value for money. The apartment is very well located near restaurants, shopping and the sea. The check in is well organized and they provide clean bed sheets and towels. Parking is no problem as there are many spots nearby. We will go back again.

Overall it is wonderful but the water supply was bad. Hot water comes so little ,, was quite annoying when I took a shower. Except that it was clean and nice. However not sure considering next visit because of the water supply issue.

Good apartment
Only a 5 minute walk from the station and 10 minutes from the main shopping street, it's in a great location and is a good 1-bedroom apartment with kitchen. The street noise is pretty loud if you're facing that way, though, and the curtains aren't heavy enough to block light.

Great stay, great price
It was a very beautiful apartment inside with all amenities very close by (an absolutely delicious bakery right across the street and a supermarket less than a five minute walk away), making it very easy to prepare our own meals. The walk to the beach was less than fifteen minutes, and communications with management were very clear. Overall, it was a great stay for an incredibly reasonable price - we would definitely go back.

The hotel is located right at the center, very close to the train station. And the sea front is a short walk away. Very clean rooms and great price. However, there is no staff at location as this is an apartment hotel. Also, the Italian restaurant, il convivio is a three minute walk (i counted) from the hotel. Do not miss that restaurant.

Excellent value for money but not great location
Plus points- The hotel itself is clean, well decorated, 8 mins walk from the Criosette - so perfect for a budget MIPIM stay Downside - drug addicts and prostitutes brawling in the yard at the back at 3 am

Di notte è difficile dormire per i troppi rumori, anche proprio degli addetti alle pulizie che alle 6:30 del mattino fanno troppo rumore nella scala per raccogliere i sacchi con la biancheria.

Заселение прошло непросто!
Бронировал Апартаменты Делюкс, 3 спальни с кухней. Квартира двухэтажная. Одна спальня внизу, еще две - наверху. Есть 2 санузла. На кухне было все необходимое, даже капсульная кофеварка, которая правда протекала. Все помещения в квартире кондиционированы. Располагается квартира на 4 этаже дома без лифта. Лестница очень крутая, пожилым сложно подняться. До моря и центра идти минут 15. Напротив дома супермаркет Intermarché. В подвале супермаркета организована автостоянка. Сутки стоят 7 евро. При входе в квартиру есть мини сейф, в котором заперт ключ. Вы дистанционно получаете код доступа и таким образом заезжаете в апартаменты. Но: Вскоре после полной оплаты на hotels.com от управляющей организации Florella пришло письмо с требованием заранее оплатить налог и уборку за всех проживающих. Причем в письме заявлено, что без предоплаты код доступа они не вышлют. В моем подтверждении была указана сумма 0,75 в день за каждого проживающего + 29 евро за уборку. По факту денег по ссылке списали на пару евро больше. Но это цветочки по сравнению с требованием в этом же письме выслать все данные кредитной карты для блокирования залога 250 евро. Вы должны на их форме указать все данные, включая CVV код, подписать, отсканировать и отправить им. Я отправил, но они написали, что карта не прошла. Пришлось отправлять данные второй карты, которая тоже не прошла! В итоге пришлось ехать в их офис, где на этой же карте они заблокировали 250 евро. Вернули их через неделю после выезда.

Es handelt sich um einen zwei Zimmer Wohnraum: Kleine Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Mini-WC mit Dusche. Eher zweckmäßige Unterkunft wie eine Mini-Ferienwohnung. Ideal für 1-2 Übernachtungen. --- It's a small two room Apartment: Kitchenette with TV plus bedroom, mini-bathroom with toilet. More like a functional mini-holiday flat.

hôtel confortable et agréable. mais les fenêtres donnent sur une rue très sale et pleine de détritus. impossible de se garer sans payer... pas de parking appartenant à l'hôtel... gros point négatif.

Logement spacieux bien situé et parking payant
Logement agréable bien équipé proche d’un supermarché et de boulangeries. A 5 min de la plage de Cannes. Parking 7 €/jour sous sol du supermarché à 100m. Autonomie complète code d’accès porte d’entree et boîte à clé codée. Très belle chambre principale, dommage que le canapé lit ne soit pas du tout confortable.

Bel appartement, spacieux et tres bien situe, a 10min a pied de la croisette et a 5 min a pied de la gare de Cannes. Par contre j'étais très déçu car j'ai signalé un problème de wifi qui n'a jamais été résolu et il a fallu que je recontacte le service client pour avoir des informations à ce sujet. La présence d'une chaise cassée dans la salle à manger qui a failli me causer un grave accident, heuresement je n'ai rien eu mais j'ai eu une grande frayeur quand je me suis assise sur la chaise, mes enfants etaient choqués. Au niveau de la propreté, le bas des lits dans les chambres à coucher étaient pleins de poussières et pourtant le reste de l'appartement était propre. Je l'ai signalé au service client afin que le ménage soit fait à fond car il est aussi important de bien nettoyer le bas des lits dans les chambres à coucher car la poussière crée des soucis aux personnes allergiques. J'espère que mes remarques ont été prise en compte.

Sembra do essere a casa!!
Poche volte è capitato di trovare alloggi cosi confortevoli a un prezzo cosi ragionevole, soprattutto parlando di Cannes e costa azzurra in generale... a parte le scale un po strette (con i nostri 4 bambini è stata dura!! 😅) per il resto l'appartamento è bellissimo, spazioso e soleggiato in tutte le stanze! comodissimo anche ai servizi e in solo 10 minuti a piedi si arriva sul lungo mare nel vivo centro di Cannes!

Bra läge. Mataffär på andra sidan gatan. Skön säng. Fräscht badrum. Inte speciellt ljudisolerat, hade en lägenhet mot gatan och trafiken var tidvis störande. Smal trappa, svårt att bära upp ett tungt bagage.
