GETTING TO THE PROPERTY Access to the property is 4 minutes by car, 11 minutes by bus, or an 18-minute walk from Cannes train station. 30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport. WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD After a few steps on your street, avenue du Maréchal Juin, you can: \- Shop at the numerous boutiques on rue d'Antibes (3-minute walk). \- Stroll along the Croisette between the palaces and sandy beaches (6 minutes). \- Visit the Palais des Congrès (20 minutes). \- Explore the old town and the Suquet district. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Free street parking and private parking. Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…) Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible). Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM. Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee. After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
