Ideally located just 50 metres from the Croisette and in the immediate vicinity of the Martinez, this fully renovated 3-room apartment offers modern and bright comfort. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen open to a dining area and a lounge with a sofa bed, all overlooking a sunny terrace with a side view of the sea. The apartment has a first bedroom with a single bed and a second bedroom with a double bed (convertible into two single beds) opening onto the terrace. A shower room and an independent toilet complete the space.   
  
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection are included for optimal comfort. A private underground parking space, accessible just two minutes on foot, completes this rental.
