Perfect for a leisure or business stay, it allows you to enjoy all of Cannes on foot, in a central yet peaceful setting.  
A comfortable and well-appointed space  
Air-conditioned for your comfort, this studio consists of a bright living room with a sofa and dining table, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc.), and an open-plan sleeping area with a double bed (160 cm).  
The shower room with WC is modern and well-maintained, designed for both short and extended stays. A pleasant terrace for relaxing
