Ideally located in the heart of Cannes city centre, just 50 metres from the Croisette and beaches, this charming duplex offers a living area with dining corner and lounge area, a fully equipped independent kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a double bed overlooking a south-facing balcony and an en-suite bathroom with WC. Really nice place. Heart of the city. Noise proof windows. Walk up 4 flights of stairs for access.
