Super fast WIFI internet (fibre Orange), French TV channels + Apple TV, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, cutlery, pots, glasses, dishes, etc. Power shower. Veranda of the living room can be completely opened for a full sea view. It can accommodate comfortably max 5 people. While the beds/sofa options are possibly for more people, MAX 5 guests at each single time are possible given the size of the apartment. Total approximate size: 50 square meters. We booked the apartment at short notice and Will (the owner) and Jean Marc (local apartment manager) could not have been more helpful/accommodating. The apartment is ca. 10mins by car (with normal traffic) from the centre of Cannes and there are many easy options to get to and from the city centre (Uber, taxi, several buses etc.). Access to the apartment grounds is via a security gate, to which you receive an entry key on check-in. There is an underground garage which is a big plus in Cannes. The apartment itself has everything you need and is extremely well presented (I believe it must have been updated very recently). We did not spend much time in the apartment, but all amenities are there to make it a very comfortable stay (TV, kitchen, air conditioning etc.). There is also a nice communal pool outside and although we didn't have the chance to try it, it looked extremely inviting! You also have great views of the mediterranean - nice to wake up to! The fact that the apartment is a 10min drive from the city centre is a good thing - at least in my opinion! You can easily enjoy the excitement that Cannes has to offer, but get away from it to some peace and quiet when you have had enough. Overall, a great experience and it comes recommended.
