Beautiful 65m2 (700 sq. Ft) apartment in the heart of Cannes, minutes away from the Palais des Festivals, Cannes, beach, all the shops, bars and restaurants.

Located at the very heart of the city in a pedestrian street : 200m from the famous Croisette beach, 100m from Cannes Train Station and 250m from the Palais des Festivals. All the shops and amenities within 5 minutes walking distance (shops, daily fresh market, restaurants, bars, clubs, entertainment ... )
The apartment Itself is very comfortable with two bedroom: one large double bed and one single bed as well as a twin bed / sofa in the living room suitable for two extra guests. The place fits cozily up to 5 people. There's a nice balcony 8m2 as well to take advantage of the sunny circumstances and the lovely smell of a nearby bakery !
A contactless hand sanitizer is provided at the entrance for your comfort and safety regarding COVID-19 sanitary measures.
It is fully furnished with all house equipment Such as a 32 "flat HD Cable TV, Wi-Fi Throughout, air conditioning, intercom and armored door for comfort and security, CCTV and door at the ATM ...
