The lounge features a large corner sofa, a TV, and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen—perfect for enjoying meals at home. The sleeping area includes a queen-size Murphy bed (160x200 cm) that can be closed off with a sliding partition for added privacy. You’ll also enjoy a sunny, south-facing balcony—ideal for a morning coffee or evening aperitif. A bathroom with sink, WC, and bidet completes the layout. GETTING TO THE PROPERTY From Nice Airport: approx. 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway From Cannes Train Station: 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot Need a transfer?
