\- A sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower, a vanity, and WC.  
  
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY  
  
The property is accessible within a 30-minute walk from Cannes train station, a 10-minute bus ride, or via a private chauffeur, which we can arrange through our concierge service.  
The apartment is a 30-minute drive from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.  
Travelling by car? Street parking is available at no cost.

\- The apartment is conveniently located between the Mouré Rouge beach (a 7-minute walk) and the first beach of the Croisette (an 8-minute walk).
