A dining area is set under a charming loggia, perfect for relaxed meals. \- A fully-equipped kitchen (microwave not included) opens onto the living space and boasts a central island, ideal for a quick breakfast before a leisurely 8-minute stroll to the beach. \- A bedroom with a queen-size bed and access to the loggia. \- A sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower, a vanity, and WC. GETTING TO THE PROPERTY The property is accessible within a 30-minute walk from Cannes train station, a 10-minute bus ride, or via a private chauffeur, which we can arrange through our concierge service. The apartment is a 30-minute drive from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport. Travelling by car? Street parking is available at no cost. WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD \- The apartment is conveniently located between the Mouré Rouge beach (a 7-minute walk) and the first beach of the Croisette (an 8-minute walk). \- Situated in the heart of Palm Beach, the surrounding area offers a delightful "village" atmosphere, with all the charm one could desire. \- Within a 5-minute walk, you will find a variety of shops including supermarkets, a butcher, a fishmonger, a bakery, and a hair salon. \- For those wishing to explore central Cannes, the famed Croisette is just a 2-minute stroll away, bordered by the sea and luxury boutiques. Public transport is easily accessible, with bus stops only a few steps from your residence. \- The Palais des Festivals is a mere 20-minute walk away. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Free street parking directly outside the apartment. Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…) Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible). Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM. Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee. After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
