It is located on the 1st floor of a secure luxury residence with caretaker, elevator and parking. Superb view of the bay of Cannes. When you return from the beach, a bowling green and tennis courts are at your disposal in the residence. And on the promenade you can enjoy a fitness area. Cannes is 4km and Mandelieu 1km. Bus line 22 at the foot of the building and free shuttle from mid-June to mid-September. Nice airport is 30 minutes away. Car recommended. Housing : This superb tastefully decorated apartment is made up of 53m2 of a large living room (equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a flat screen TV) and its open kitchen equipped just like at home! This room opens onto a 10 m2 glazed terrace facing the sea, with sofa and dining table. A corridor with large cupboards leads to a shower room, a bathroom and a bedroom.
