This charming flat near the famous Martinez hotel and the Palais des Congrès, is perfect if you want to relax and enjoy the southern sun.   
  
This very nice air-conditioned flat of 41 m², with a nice decoration, is located on the ground floor of a fully renovated residence and is composed of :
