l'appartamento ha tutto, frigo, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, forno e tutto il necessario. bisognerebbe investire sui letti nuovi. lo consiglio

L’appartement n’était pas propre, la literie mauvaise nous avons préféré mettre les matelas au sol pour mieux dormir. Seule la localisation était parfaite.

emplacement excellent , orientation nord du studio le rend froid et sombre en demi saison mais surement un atout en plein été . les placards de l'entrée contiennent de vieux objets inutiles et encombrants . Il serait agréable que les vitres et le balcon soient nettoyés en début de saison ..

Aucune isolation phonique, c’est plutôt ennuyeux étant donné que l’appartement est situé devant une terrasse de restaurant. L’appartement était propre mais les oreillers sales ainsi que les dessus de lit. Vaisselle vieillissante.

Zu laut, Toilette ist nich brauchbar

Ab 5 Uhr morgens wegen Müllabfuhr ist unmöglich laut in der Wohnung. Beim abspülen der WC kommt erstmal Wasser bis zur Kante hoch, manchmal muss man zwei mal drücken damit das WC voll läuft und nur dann wird das Wasser wie unter dem Vakuum abgezogen. Das hat mich an ein WC im Flugzeug erinnert. Ekelhaft. Der Box unter der Toilette ist morsch, zerfällt in schwarzen Stücke. Die Küche ist neu und gut ausgestattet aber nach dem Kampf mit der Toilette vergeht jegliche Lust zum kochen.

Agence très sérieuse professionnel organisée l’appartement été super à deux pas de la plage. Seul bémol il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. Sinon à refaire!!

très bien situé sur la place de l'étang toujours très animée par les joueurs de boule ,à deux pas de la croisette et du bord de mer de l'autre , cuisine bien aménagée ,les 2 lits sont confortables mais les alaises à changer.. spacieux et bien équipé pour passer un bon séjour .

Super studio tout confort, on est ravi !! Seul petit bémol, la climatisation fuit ... Et il faut savoir aussi que trouver une place de parking près du logement est très difficile voir impossible, la route en bas de l'appartement est à sens unique alors pour décharger et recharger la voiture, cela n'est pas évident.. Sinon rien à redire, super séjour, super appart !

Bonjour j ai aimé l emplacement l appartement me plaisait bien c est pas long de la croisette mais la seule chose et ce n est pas de votre faute , les éboueurs passent à 5heures du matin et nous réveille tot Si vous avez d autres apparts à Cannes dites le moi pour un prochain séjour Bonne journée Pierre Kostronis

tres proche des plages

la photo est flatteuse, certes, mais il faut voir de près l'assise de canapé qui est griffé a 50% les 2 lits avec matelas très creux ou nous avons mal dormi.la télé 55 cms accessible seulement en ouvrant les portes du placard,placé au fond de la piece entre les 2 lits. impossible de réunir les 2 petits lits,sauf a bloquer les portes du placard. donc il faut mettre les deux fauteuils entre les 2 lits pour regarder la télé.le canapé de ce fait ne sert a rien ainsi que la table basse en verre encombrante.la cuisine est correcte ainsi que la salle de bain. avec améliorations ce studio pourrait etre tres bien. a suivre !!!
