Located in a secure building only 200 metres from the Pantiero quay, this pleasant three-room apartment of 65 m², on a high floor with lift, includes an entrance hall serving an independent kitchen and a living room with dining area opening onto a balcony. The apartment has a first bedroom with two single beds (which can be combined into a large bed on request) and giving access to a balcony with side sea view, a second bedroom also equipped with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with WC. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and the entire apartment benefits from a Wi-Fi connection.
