There were four of us who stayed in the apartment on a business trip (one couple and two who slept in the single beds, though there was also a pullout couch if needed). It was a cheerful, sunny space on the top floor (stairs only) overlooking the port -- beautiful! The apartment was quiet, had air-conditioning, and was comfortable. The apartment is wonderfully located. Beautiful view. Clean, comfortable and it has everything you need. Great restaurants very close by as well as a farmer's market and shopping.
