This space is divided into several areas: \- Comfortable lounge \- Open and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) \- Dining area for 6 \- The 75m² garden features a large family table for 8, sun loungers, and private access just 2 minutes from Mourré Rouge Beach! \- The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm), a large closet, and access to the terrace. The second bedroom is equipped with two double beds in a mezzanine and also has access to the terrace. \- The spacious shower room is designed for people with reduced mobility, featuring a large Italian shower (WC included). Please note: air conditioning can only be used for heating. WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD After a few steps in Impasse Ordan, you can choose from: \- Reach Mouré Rouge Beach to dip your toes in the water or sit on the terrace for a cocktail (less than 4 minutes 30) \- Enjoy the village atmosphere of Palm Beach and do all your practical shopping in our lovely stores (butcher, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket...) \- Stroll along the Croisette for a carousel ride or a remote-controlled boat race \- Change the ambiance and soak up the sun on a bench in the Jardin des Hespérides In less than ten minutes by car: \- Reach the Palais des Festivals \- Take the train to explore the French Riviera \- Explore the city center with a touch of imagination OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Parking is free in the surrounding streets. Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…) Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible). The appartment is very confortable. It has everything you need to have a nice stay. The kitchen is very complete, the garden is nice, the swimming pool small but refreshing and enough for the kids, the bedrooms are very confortable and it has even air conditioner. It is very well located; close to a bakery, supermarkets, butcher....The Croisette is very close, like 7' walking and the Moure Rouge beach just 4'. It's in a quiet area but close to everything you need/want to visit.
