Please note: rail tracks are very close to the property building and despite the double-pane windows, trains can be heard when they are passing by. THE APARTMENT \- A beautiful air-conditioned living room with a dining area for 6 people, a comfortable sofa and an armchair as well as a smart TV. \- A separate fully-equipped kitchen, opening onto a veranda sheltered from the sun. \- A first air-conditioned bedroom with queen size bed, smart TV, dressing room and a private shower room. \- A second air-conditioned bedroom with queen size bed, dressing room and smart TV, as well as a magnificent view of the sea. \- A separate full shower room with toilets. \- Additional separate toilets for more convenience. \- And for optimal comfort and calm, soundproof double-pane windows throughout the apartment. Located in a bourgeois building along the seafront avenue, you will enjoy the scent of the sea while having breakfast on the terrace, and be able to walk to the beaches within minutes. GETTING TO THE PROPERTY Access to the property is within 10 minutes by car from the Cannes train station. It is 35 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport. You have your own car? There is a private parking spot for you on the property. Need a transfer? Please let us know and we can make arrangements for you through our Concierge Service. WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD \- Within a 5-minute radius by car you will find all shopping options for your daily needs, such as grocery stores, butcher shop, bakery, fish monger, open markets… \- The Iconic Palais des Festival is 10 minutes away by car or by bus. \- The famous Croisette seafront boulevard is also 10 minutes away by car or bus. \- Beaches are within a 5-minute walk. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION There is guest parking at the foot of the apartment building. Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…) Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible). Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM. Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee. After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
