PROPERTY DESCRIPTION In terms of layout, the apartment includes: \- A decor selected by the owners to create a “homey” feel rather than a “hotel” vibe. \- A lovely living room opening onto the terrace, featuring a sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV, and dining table for 4. \- A terrace with a table perfect for sunny breakfasts or aperitifs. \- A large, independent kitchen equipped with everything you need, with access to the veranda. \- A master bedroom with a king-size bed, private shower room, and access to the veranda with a desk overlooking a green corner. \- A second bedroom with a king-size bed and large closet. \- A second bathroom with toilet, bathtub, and Italian shower. \- Separate WC. GETTING TO THE PROPERTY Access the property in 30 minutes on foot from the train station, 20 minutes by bus, or via a private chauffeur, which we can arrange for you through our concierge service. Driving? Free parking is available on the street. WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD After a few steps on your street, avenue Tristan Bernard, you can quickly: \- Reach Mouré Rouge beach to dip your toes in the water or relax on a terrace with a cocktail. \- Stroll along the Croisette. \- Change the mood and soak up the sun on a bench in the Hespérides Garden. \- Convince family or friends to join you for a game of pétanque at Place de l’Étang. \- And within ten minutes by car: \- Reach the Palais des Congrès \- Take the train to explore the French Riviera \- Shop on rue d'Antibes or the Croisette OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Free parking on the same street as the accommodation.
