bien mieux que sur les images et que la description
petite semaine en famille, chambres climatisées, avec toilette pv, salle de bain pv, toile moustiquaire fraîchement posée (on aurait pu dire qu'on avait un appartement pour nous). La cuisine d'été à extérieure est full équipée, et donne sur un grande terrasse + piscine (nous l'avons eu exclusivement pour nous). Petite anecdote presque tous les soirs on se posait sur un banc a l’arrière de la piscine et contemplions les jeux de lumière de la villa et Saint Paul de Vence illuminée la nuit. les explications et conseil de nos hôtes ont étés bienvenues. je recommande notre expérience pour les parents avec famille, ou couples en recherche de tranquillité.

Great location
We have spent 10 days at Richards Place location. The location is ideal for family with kids. Our 9 and 11 years girls enjoyed the pool every single day. We will return if posdible. Many thanks!

Privatsphäre gleich null
Wir waren überrascht dass die Eigentümer im Erdgeschoss des Hauses wohnen, Treppe nur durch Kunstofffalttüre getrennt.Davon stand nichts in der Beschreibung! Wir haben zwischendurch einmal neue Bettwäsche auf verlangen hin bekommen. Wir haben vermutet dass die netten älteren Vermieter in unsere zwei Zimmer gehen wenn wir etwas Unternehmen und haben daraufhin die Türen mit Schuhen von innen markiert.Diese waren in beiden Zimmern weggeschoben durch das öffnen der Türe.Und dies nicht an dem Tag an dem Die Bettwäsche gewechselt wurde.Auch war das Kindergitter vor der Treppe noch auf. Das geht nicht.Wenn ich Räume miete dann hat der Vermieter dort nichts zu suchen. Privatsphäre gleich null.

Sehr erholsame Unterkunft mit vielen interessanten Orten in der Umgebung
Die Zimmer sind alle mit Klimaanlage und Ventilator ausgestattet. Der Pool darf Tag und Nacht genutzt werden, was wir ausgiebig getan haben. Die Sommerküche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet angenehme Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen, sprechen jedoch ausschließlich Französisch. Man findet in der Umgbung sehr viele nette Orte, die einen Besuch lohnen. Für alle Aktivitäten - auch Einkäufe - wird das Auto benötigt. Überdachter Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir können sie mit voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Bei der Ankunft bekamen wir kühle Getränke angeboten. Obwohl wir kein französisch und die Gastgeber kein deutsch sprachen, klappte die Verständigung ganz gut. Der Pool ist eine Sensation.

De belles vacances
Nous avons passé une petite semaine dans cette charmante maison en famille, avec nos 2 enfants et notre Golden. La maison est bien situé au calme avec une vue magnifique sur les collines et les montagnes. La cuisine a tout le nécessaire comme à la maison. La piscine est spacieuse et le jardin à son charme. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, discrets et disponible si vous avez besoin.Des vacances et de belles personnes que nous garderont dans notre cœur.

A recommander pour des vacances tranquilles
séjour très agréable grâce bien sur au temps magnifique de la région mais aussi grâce à l'accueil qui nous a été réservé par les propriétaires. ces derniers sont charmants et toujours prompts à rendre le séjour dans leur villa le plus agréable possible. De l'accueil à notre départ, ils ont su à la fois être discrets et disponibles. La location correspondait totalement à nos souhaits. Les 2 chambres toutes équipées ainsi que la cuisine d'été avec accès direct à la piscine font que cette location est plus d'un appartement que de chambres d'hôtes. la piscine totalement à notre exclusivité durant ce séjour a été un enchantement. l'endroit très calme et reposant nous a permis de découvrir les alentours facilement. Nous recommandons cet hébergement pour des vacances paisibles et reposantes Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur accueil.
