The larger bedroom also has a flat-screen TV (with TNT channels only). \- A bathroom with a large shower and WC completes the space. WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD A few steps from your street, Latourg-Maubourg Street, you can: \- Stroll leisurely along the Croisette \- Reach the Palais des Festivals in 10 minutes \- Shop on Rue d’Antibes in 4 minutes \- Head to the city center and Rue Hoche for a lively breakfast or dinner in 10 minutes. We recommend Le Cirque or La Cantina for their delightful cuisine, Café Hoche for their exceptional cocktails and lively Saturday nights, San Telmo for authentic Italian pizzas, and Volupté for a fantastic selection of teas and pastries! OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Paid parking available on the surrounding streets. Private paid parking is available, with the option for weekly subscriptions (contact us for details).
