The living space is divided into: \- A comfortable lounge with TV \- A fully equipped open kitchen (including dishwasher) \- A dining area for 4 people \- This room opens onto a terrace equipped with a garden lounge and a second dining area, where you can enjoy an incomparable sea view. The comfortable bedroom offers: \- A queen-size bed (160cm) \- A large wardrobe \- A spacious shower room (with integrated WC) and separate WC complete the space. WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD Stepping out to enjoy the sun, you can: \- Walk 7 minutes to reach Mouré Rouge Beach \- Walk 10 minutes to enjoy the sea breeze on the Croisette \- Walk 15 minutes or drive 2 minutes to stroll through Palm Beach, eat a pizza at Jean-Jean, or relax on a bench in the Hesperides Garden And within a 10-minute drive, you can: \- Reach the Palais des Festivals \- Take the train to explore the French Riviera \- Explore the city center or shop on Rue d’Antibes \- Change scenery and enjoy the beaches of Golfe-Juan OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Parking is available in the residence. Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
