The unit sits within a parking area for other multiple smaller units although it has its own covered parking space. The view outside the upstairs living area is impressive although there is a large hotel structure being built that partially obstructs the view. There is a train track very close by which can be view positively (if you like the sound of trains) or negatively (if you don't like being awakened somewhat early in the morning by a train). Overall a good place for a larger group to launch their visit up to Banff and Canmore is charming. ##### Robert F. Sunset Retreat has a gorgeous view, quiet and safe neighborhood, spacious home, solid structure, good sound insulation, good lighting, some nice bedrooms. Appreciate the piano in the living room, the telescope for star gazing, and the ping pong table in the basement.
