Perfect!

This unit was perfect for our little family. The kitchen is well stocked, in suite laundry, and a wonderful fireplace made for a cosy mountain getaway. The pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub and superfast waterslide were a repeat hit! We will stay again!

Nice spot in Canmore

We enjoyed our stay here. The location and amenities were perfect for our needs. Only area of improvement would be the cleanliness of the property. My assumption is that they hire people to come and clean between renters so they are unable to approve the quality of the job that their cleaners did. Just mostly dusty no serious cleanliness issues. Great place!

Decent but disappointed in host communication

Decent location, great for resting your head at night between activities. The pool is very outdated and so is the apartment. We had trouble accessing the property and the host was no help.

Great location, sub par cleanliness

The building is overall run down and a little worse for wear. The space was scuffed up, dusty, other peoples hair, kitchen counters were dirty. I wasn’t comfortable walking around and bare feet or sitting on the furniture. The owner offered to come have it cleaned again, but we are so exhausted from our trip we didn’t want the disturbance in the evening. Check in was seamless and location was perfect.

Good stay

Overall our stay was good. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bed was comfortable as well. The host was very helpful and accommodating. The one drawback of this suite is the view...we looked directly onto a building and the driveway to the parkade with a very limited mountain view.

Nice apartment

The location and apartment were nice. Both my partner and I found the bed extremely uncomfortable though and the main reason we booked this room was because of the jet shower that was advertised in the pictures, however they did not work. Location was great, walking distance from in town trails and the town centre. If the bed and shower were fixed, would have been 5 stars

The property is located perfectly in the center of Canmore's main road. Your a short drive or short walk to the hip town center, yet also within walking distance is a shopping center with small businesses for a sit down breakfast or a grab and go breakfast as well as numerous cafes and coffe shops. (Our favorite was Rocky Mountain Bagel Co right across the street). Within 15 minutes youre in the wilderness among the mountains and wildlife. And youre only 20-30 minutes to banff. The resort itself is clean, calm and, easy to access. The host does a great job of including instructions for everything. The unit is homey clean and inviting. The bed is comfortable and everything was clean and convenient. Id stay here again surely.

Place was as advertised. Had a little problem with the door lock initially. The phone contact was responsive. The shower pan leaked a little. I left a message with the checkout process. The place and location were good. Only small “could be better” was the quality of the towels.

Definitely could use a good cleaning. Lots of dust on fridge and stove. Linens smelled like moth balls. Bed was comfortable and the unit was quiet. The lengthy check in process was a lot to read. Definitely could be reduced by at least by half. Seemed a bit excessive.

Lovely building.

We have stayed in this building multiple times and enjoy the pool and hot tub. This condo comes well stocked with more than we needed. The host is very accommodating and easy to reach. The only drawback is the location of the actual condo. It's on the first floor. When cars are entering the park aid, their lights shine into the windows. If you don't mind having your blinds closed all the time, it's not a big deal. Everything else was terrific.

Feels like home when you are on the road. The host arrange almost everything. The fully equipped kitchen is a bonus, they even stocked everything to make sure you feels like home. Love the washing machine when traveling with kids! We love the water facility, not crowd at all! Walkable distance to restaurant and grocery shops. The host gave really clear information to access to the building, parking, and facilities. Also, we slept-in to check out and have to send msg to the host to delay check out for 30 mins. The host is so nice!!

CONDO

We were in Canmore for our son's wedding and were very disappointed. The condo was run down and needs major updating.(throw rug in living room and sofa) Was very dirty. Couldn't even sit on the patio due to the dirt and dust. On top of the fridge and under the bed was very dusty and not even sure when the last time they were cleaned. Fridge wasn't even working properly, stove drawer doesn't even close properly. We have stayed in many Vrbo's around the world and very disappointment to have to stay in this place so close to home.

Lacking cleanliness

For the price of this rental, it should have been spotless. Stove had pot boil-over shmeg and wasn’t scraped off. Kitchen floor wasn’t even swept. Shower leaks and the shower door had mold. The carpet hadn’t even been vacuumed. Holes in the drywall. I don’t recommend this place for anything more than $100.
