The unit is very spacious and can sleep up to 10 guests (max 8 adults, 10 with children) comfortably. The resort has all the amenities that you need for a great vacation, during any season. The best features are a large heated outdoor pool that's open year-round, 3 different hot tubs, gym facilities, and an outdoor playground. The unit itself is ample 1200 square feet and has 3 generously sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for kids and teens with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks. The living room has lots of seating and one of the sofas is a queen pull-out. The full kitchen has everything you need for preparing and enjoying meals. There's also a dining area with seating for 8 and more seating at the counter beside it. The large balcony has mountain views and pool views. There's also a natural gas BBQ and outdoor seating. The condo is conveniently located to the outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs. It's a quick walk down the hall to the large rectangular hot tub. The pool is given a balcony, so you can send older kids off to the pool, but still, keep an eye on them. The unit is supplied with great extras like luxury bath products, robes for the master suite, board games, video games, streaming apps & smart TVs, Cable, and Wi-Fi. The apartment is incredibly comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. From the spacious living area to the well-appointed kitchen and cozy bedrooms, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The location is convenient, with town center and Banff just miles away. Well kept condo and very easy to check in and check out. Street parking readily available so was not a problem getting a spot with a big van. Lots of underground parking too.
