Everything was exactly as advertised and the communication was top notch - they really did a great job clearly walking us through all of the details of checking in and out and had lots of little touches that made they stay extra enjoyable. We enjoyed the spa and pool as well which as a bonus given the time of year (Oct). They (and their cleaners) went above and beyond when we mistakenly left an item at the rental. The place was clean and as expected. Franco did a lovely job of communicating all the required info right before it was needed and making us feel welcome. I especially enjoyed the outdoor heated pool for an early morning swim and the hot tub after a morning of hiking. 2 clarifications to note: 1) there is no gym although it is listed as an amenity - it’s a several minute drive to one and you would need to pay a drop in fee 2) while there is coin operated laundry within the complex there is no washer/dryer in the unit. ##### Andrea P.
