This condo is nestled in a peaceful resort area that is a short walk from restaurants, shopping and Canmore Main Street. Secure underground parking, WIFI, fireplace, full kitchen, open concept, BBQ, and King Bed.
The Space:
Spacious One bedroom condo with King Bedroom fully equipped
The living room featuring new carpet, a new 50" Smart TV and elegant natural gas fireplace. The living room has a sofa bed that pulls out for additional children / guests (The couch is smaller in size at 56’ W x 25’ H x 45’ D)
The open living and kitchen area provides a great space for relaxing and socializing after a day on the ski hills, trails, golf courses, Après in town or whatever adventure you're coming from.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and 2 bar stools.
The balcony off of the living room is furnished with a gas BBQ and a bistro dinning set for 2.
A full bathroom with a bathtub / shower combination including towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer.
The spacious master bedroom includes a King Bed, a 27' TV, a walk in closet and dresser for your clothes and belongings.
Centrally located and short walk to the Shops of Canmore, Main Street, coffee shops, a liquor store, grocery store, restaurants, sports/clothing shops and all that Canmore has to offer.
The Lodges of Canmore complex include:
1. Heated underground parking with a 7’3 parkade door to accommodate large vehicles.
2. The Best Year-around Heated outdoor saltwater Swimming pool in town. Open all year and only closes when temperatures reach – 20C then will reopen when it is warmer out.
3. Access to THREE outdoor hot tubs.
4. Fantastic exercise room
5. Outdoor playground area nearby
6. The complex features a 24 hour front desk.
Parking is limited in Canmore especially during high season May-September. Your condo has one dedicated parking spot available.
If you are bringing more than one vehicle you will have to find street parking nearby or in the Town of Canmore paid parking lots. This is beyond our control. We do appreciate your understanding of this.
This property does not have Air Conditioning. Please understand that summer can be warm and the property can get hot. Fans are supplied to help keep things cool. However we are limited in what we can do as there is no AC with this building. If having AC is important to you please inquire with us for other alternative properties that have AC.
Guest Access:
You will check in at the front desk, from there the entrance to the secure parking garage is located at the Grizzly Parking
Once parked, take the elevator to the 4th floor to your condo.
You'll have the entire condo to yourself and you will have access to the year round shared outdoor swimming pool and choose from three hot tubs and fitness area tub in the complex.
The Neighborhood:
The location is also easily walkable to shops of Canmore, Canmore Main Street, the new Bridigette Bar in Spring Creek. Easy drive to Norquay, Banff, Kananaskis and Lake Louise.
Getting Around:
- Short walk or drive to downtown Canmore ,
- 25 km from Banff National Park.
- Great bicycle trail (Legacy Trail) between Banff and Canmore
- The Roam is the transit bus to take you to Banff, Lake Louise and beyond

Great little place to stay. Was a nice open concept condo with a balcony for surrounded by beautiful views. Clean and quiet would describe this place. Stayed for an entire week. Condo had what I needed to cook and treat that place like my own. Short and easy walk to one of the outdoor hot tubs. Underground parking was super nice and elevators were always available. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The first place we were in was lovely and clean. There was an issue with the bedframe being broken which you wouldn't have noticed unless you laid on it. We voiced our concern and were immediately answered and taken care of with a new room. Also very clean and cozy. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Can't say enough great things about our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed to make every meal, the kids loved the pool the hot tub temp was perfect and the washer and dryer came in handy after skiing all day. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This condo was great! Very clean, well-stocked condo, perfect for a weekend getaway! Parking was underground and easy, check-in was a breeze, and the property was quiet and a nice walking distance to amenities! Would definitely stay again!
We have stayed here before & will stay here again. Comfy home, walking distance to restaurants & shops & the river, easy to make meals in the kitchen. The owner responds quickly to all correspondence
This was our 2nd time at this resort, although with a different owner and once again it was fantastic. Great location to downtown nit to far to enjoy a walk to and from. We are looking forward to our next rip already.

Good location for proximity to town. Enjoyed being on the top floor as you can see the mountain tops. Loved having the washer/dryer and bathing soap/shampoo/conditioner provided. Fan in bedroom was appreciated as it was hot and didn’t have much airflow.
Wished the setup was like the pictures. It’s hard to see the tv with the couches on the sides. Would have also liked some couch pillows like the pictures.
The room itself was clean and they have enough kitchen supplies to easily get you through a wknd of cooking instead of eating out. My only minor issue was no hot chocolate in the coffee supplies. But I always bring my own. They were very quick to respond to my questions or concerns during my stay. Was overall happy with the room and the booking.
The hotel is dated and there are very minimal signs to tell you where elevators or hot tubs are located. The hot tub in the grizzly building also has very low flow jets and was much cooler than it should have been. The one at the main lodge was good though. It is within walking distance of many places which is very nice to not need to use your vehicle.

The condo was great! It had everything we needed for a week in Canmore. It was nice being within walking distance to town, though to get to downtown was a little longer of a walk. Would definitely stay here again if we ever get the chance to go back.
Place was nice. It claimed to sleep 4 but it was quite tight with the "pull-out" couch which was actually a futon. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
Easy check in. Hot tub in the building was great. Location is perfect. It was our first time in Canmore and certainly won't be our last. Host was easy to communicate with.
My husband & I love staying here when we visit our son & family. Well stocked kitchen so I can cook for my family. They even had a little crib for our grandbaby to nap in when visiting. Close to bakeries & downtown Canmore so we walk everywhere
Beautiful, comfy condo—nice open living area, comfy king size bed. Pretty deck to have coffee in the morning or to read in the afternoon. Very close to Main Street Canmore.
