We did have to circle the block a couple times before we found a place to park. The check in info was sent the day before, but I was not able to access internet until in Canmore, and then it was slow. Once I was able to access that info, everything was fine. I had booked two nights, but could only stay one. This was a sister’s trip, but we had gotten word that our mom had suffered a severe stroke. We had to leave early the next day. I thought I had purchased trip cancellation insurance, as I always did previously, as our mom was 102 years old. Unfortunately, I had no record of the purchase. I was not able to obtain a prorated rate from the management either. Though the condo appeared awesome, we were there less than 15 hours. In the future, I will stick to booking cancellable hotel rooms.
