For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require. \- The air conditioning (A/C) unit is currently unavailable until summer. ★ Grande Rockies Update: Hallway Replacement Project \- There's an ONGOING Hallway Renovation Project. You will see information/caution signs in the lobby and by all elevators in place. \- The last phase involves removing and installing new tile in the garbage room vestibule and elevators #1, #2, and #3\. Elevator tile work requires the elevator company to be on-site to shut down service. \- On Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., the contractor will jackhammer the tile baseboard in the main floor garbage room vestibule. New tile will be installed the same day in the vestibule and elevator #3\. Elevator #3 will be out of service during this time. Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes. 3\. Choose your damage protection option You’ll have two options to finalize your booking: – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. OR – Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules. Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee. Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes. The location was perfect, close to everything. The only issue was that the pool and hot tubs were under maintenance so we were unable to use them.
