This beautiful 926 sq. ft. condo has a fully Equipped Kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances (including a side-by-side fridge with ice maker & water),
The Living Room is furnished with a sofa & chair, as well two additional chairs, a stunning fireplace and cherry hardwood throughout. There is also a double size "cabinet" bed in the living room for extra guests.
The Living Room walks out to your private patio overlooking Ha Ling, and east end of Rundle.
Master Bedroom with 3-piece en-suite, featuring queen size bed.

This is a pet friendly unit please let us know if you will be being any pets with you during your stay as they have to be approved. We also do charge a pet fee per pet for the stay.
Parking is limited in Canmore especially during high season May-September. Your condo has one dedicated parking spot available. The parking garage has a maximum height capacity of 6'6" .
If you are bringing more than one vehicle you will have to find street parking nearby or in the Town of Canmore paid parking lots. This is beyond our control. We do appreciate your understanding of this.
This property does not have Air Conditioning. Please understand that summer can be warm and the property can get hot. Fans are supplied to help keep things cool. However we are limited in what we can do as there is no AC with this building. If having AC is important to you please inquire with us for other alternative properties that have AC.

Comfortable stay. Close to Main Street and a trail. Clean rooms, kitchen was well equipped. Good communication with a property management. Enjoyed staying in beautiful Canmore.
Our stay was perfect! The condo is downtown so we could walk pretty much anywhere we wanted. We loved our mornings drinking coffee on the balcony with the view of mountains. We did a lot of hiking and we did have to drive a little over an hour some days to get to the trails but we didn’t mind and we felt Canmore was less crowded than Banff which we enjoyed. The condo truly is in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do on our trip
The location was absolutely perfect. Right in the middle of downtown Canmore, this beautiful 2-bedroom condo had everything we could have wished for, including a very spacious balcony facing the mountains. Restaurants and shops were minutes away and all the other amenities were also within a short 10 minute walk at most. Secure indoor parking was included. The communication with the host was timely, courteous and they followed up during our stay to make sure we were pleased. Would definitely recommend them!
You won’t be disappointed ..everything in walking distance and short drive to Banff. Nice little condo with a balcony as seen in photos. Owners answer quickly when needed. We would definitely come back again and recommend this place
This is a fantastic property - the little extras that were included (garbage bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, towels etc.) made the stay so EASY and convenient! You will not regret booking it!

Excellent clean property. Would have received excellent across the board if furniture was newer. Highly recommend.
Very clean, everything was as advertised. Well situated in front of Arts Place, we enjoyed an outdoor concert on the Friday night (done by 10:00 PM so no concern for the noise at night).
Great views from the balcony. Would definitely return.

We had a wonderful two day stay at the property. The location was very central and we appreciated the underground parking. The main door to the building took a bit of getting use to, with the 5 digit code.....there is a lag in the door opening from the entering of the digits. The building is generally in very good shape and is quite quiet.
We had a great stay! This property is in a wonderful location - close to everything and some nice hiking trails. We loved the underground parking and the communication was wonderful. We would definitely book again in the future!
We had a wonderful couple of days,it was very nice that our accommodation was Pet Friendly, that’s a big bonus.The location was perfect for just a short walk to lots of interesting shopping as well as a great choice regarding to restaurants and food locations. Would definitely recommend these accommodations.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were perfect and the location was close to downtown and within walking distance of so many great restaurants. The condo was clean and well equipped - there wasn’t anything we were missing! We had everything we needed, the underground parking is a bonus we really appreciated!
