The location is good, a lot is within walking distance. We always found a parking space, there is also a free underground car park. The apartment looks like in the pictures, is spacious, but the furniture is not modern. On closer inspection, it is noticeable that a lot is outdated. The leather armchairs were severely damaged, and the bathroom cabinet looked worn. The washing machine was moldy on the seal and the kettle was calcified. The dishes had to be washed by us. We reported these deficiencies to RockiesRental, and they immediately sent a cleaner – there's 5 stars for that! The bed was comfortable, but the blanket was under a sheet without cover, which we found a little unsanitary. Overall, I would give the place 3.5 out of 5 stars.
